I am a dedicated and compassionate psychotherapist committed to helping individuals navigate lifes challenges, improve their mental well-being, and achieve their personal goals. I offer a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to achieve meaningful, lasting change.

Fees

Individual Therapy 45 minutes - 80 GBP
Group therapy/ Family therapy (min. 4 people) - 30 GBP /per person
Couple Counselling 90 minutes - 140 GBP
